Thank you for shopping with London Fog. We're committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please review our shipping terms below:

1. Express 24-Hour Delivery (Select Cities)

We offer 24-hour delivery in the following cities and nearby areas:

• Chandigarh, Ambala, Hisar, Karnal, Panipat, Rohtak, Yamunanagar, Panchkula (Haryana)
• Dharamsala (Himachal Pradesh)
• Gandhinagar, Jammu (+5 km radius)
• Amritsar, Hoshiarpur, Jalandhar, Ludhiana, Mohali, Pathankot, Patiala, Sangrur, Bathinda (Punjab)
• Udaipur (Rajasthan)
• Dehradun (Uttarakhand)

If your delivery address falls in these regions, you’ll receive your order within 24 hours after placing it (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

2. Store Pickup Option (Express)

If you're located in the above-listed cities, you also have the option to pay online and pick up your order from the nearest London Fog store at your convenience — often ready within a few hours of placing the order.

3. Standard Delivery Timeline (Rest of India)

For locations outside the express delivery zone, our standard delivery timelines apply:

• Metro Cities: 3–5 working days
• Other Cities/Towns: 5–7 working days

4. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on prepaid orders above ₹2,000
• ₹99 shipping on orders below ₹2,000
• COD Fee: ₹50 extra (if selected)

5. Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you'll receive WhatsApp, SMS and email updates with your tracking link. You can also check the status through the "Track My Order" section on our website.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If unsuccessful, your package will return to our warehouse. We can reship on request.

7. Packaging and Safety

Your products are securely packed to avoid any damage in transit. If you receive a damaged or tampered package, please refuse delivery and notify us immediately at support@londonfog.in.

8. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We plan to launch global deliveries soon.
