Here’s how you can return your product in three easy steps.
Request a return online
Request Your Return
Log in to My Account > Order History, select the item(s) you wish to return, and place a return request.
Pack the Product
Place the product in its original packaging. Make sure all tags, labels, and accessories are intact and unused.
Hand It Over
Our courier partner will arrive within 1–3 business days for pickup. You’ll receive an acknowledgment receipt at the time of handover.
Get Your Refund
Refunds go to your original method, london fog wallet, or bank (for COD). Cash orders get a bank transfer within 7 to 10 working days
Return to store
Fill Out Your Return Slip
You’ll receive this by email after your order is delivered.
Visit Your Nearest Store
Bring the product in original packaging along with the invoice and return slip.
Hand Over Your Return
Give the package to a staff member and get an acknowledgement receipt.
Receive Your Refund
Refund will be processed to your original payment method or as My Credit.
