Return & Exchange Policy
At London Fog, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we've made the return and refund process easy and transparent.
1. Easy Returns Within 7 Days
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your product. The item must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- Packed with all tags, labels, and original packaging
- Eligible for return (see section 4)
2. Special In-Store Return & Exchange Option (Select Cities Only)
If you reside in or near the following cities, you can visit your nearest London Fog store for a hassle-free return or exchange:
- Chandigarh, Ambala, Hisar, Karnal, Panipat, Rohtak, Yamunanagar, Panchkula (Haryana)
- Dharamsala (Himachal Pradesh)
- Gandhinagar, Jammu (+5 km radius)
- Amritsar, Hoshiarpur, Jalandhar, Ludhiana, Mohali, Pathankot, Patiala, Sangrur, Bathinda (Punjab)
- Udaipur (Rajasthan)
- Dehradun (Uttarakhand)
At the store, you can:
- Return your item and receive wallet credit instantly
- Exchange your product for a different size or style on the spot (subject to availability)
- Just bring your invoice or order confirmation with the product.
3. Refund Process (Online Returns)
- Prepaid Orders: Refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 working days
- COD Orders: Refunded as London Fog Wallet Credit
4. Defective or Incorrect Products
Report any damaged, defective, or wrong items within 24 hours of delivery. Email us at support@londonfog.in with photos. We’ll arrange a prompt resolution or replacement.
5. Items Ineligible for Return
The following cannot be returned or exchanged, due to hygiene or promotional restrictions:
- Innerwear & Undergarments
- Masks
- Perfumes
- Sunglasses
- Accessories
- Products bought under BOGO or Free Gift Offers
6. Reverse Pickup Charges
A reverse shipping fee of up to ₹100 may be deducted from the refund if:
- Returns are frequent or without valid reasons
- The return is refused by the courier partner due to misuse
7. Exchange Policy (Online Orders)
We do not support direct exchanges via courier. For online orders, please raise a return and place a new order for the item you need.
